Blog Post #3: Qualities of a Good Leader

Intelligence should not be the main qualification of a good leader. Instead, a good leader should listen to all of the ideas that people have. A leader should be a person that everyone can go to get advice from. The leader should be able to work out disagreements and make solutions to them. The main qualification to be a good leader is, to not abuse your power. We chose Cynthia Ton as our group leader because we knew that she would not abuse her power.
